Holy cow (or pig). I just added two slices of regular old bacon to my standard breakfast of greek yogurt with a little bit of honey and almonds and I am STUFFED. I'd always be hungry very soon after I ate the meal... what gives? Is bacon really supposed to make me feel this stuffed? LOL

If you were feeling hungry soon after eating your yogurt/honey/almonds meal, it's almost certainly not well-balanced, macronutrient-wise; it sounds like you were eating too many carbs and not enough protein or fat. Adding the bacon is a good start; you might also want to consider cutting out the honey & possibly the almonds, and adding some veggies instead. A well-assembled paleo meal should keep you full for at least 5-6 hours.

It's just a phase, I think. I encountered something similar and it went away after a while. But don't forget that once you adapt to normal eating patterns (if you had bad habits to start with) then your supposed to be eating a bit less. Always check www.fat-loss-reviews.com for information on diet in general and to see some things that may help you in this case. They got info on Paleo that could benefit.

Yogurt makes me ravenous, add something sweet to it, and I find that feeling gets even stronger. My belly can feel quite full, but I'm still crazy hungry. The only way I "solved" that phenomenon was to add a lot of oatmeal to it, but I don't really eat much yogurt or oatmeal anymore.

I can accidentally under eat at breakfast if I start with bacon because just 2-3 pieces can make me feel full. I try to eat a couple eggs or a sausage patty first.
