Check out Ido Portal and his gym (Hacasa Performance Center in Haifa), he has been doing paleo for more than a decade and is good friends with Robb Wolf

There is a vegan group in Modi'in!

Zohar, I suggest that you start a paleo group on Meetup for your area. You might find people that way.

I'd be interested to know if anyone knows of anything, as I'm going to Israel soon. I know that a lot of the kibbutzim keep their livestock free range and grass fed.
