other than 15 grams of fresh parsley a day (to prevent scurvy, hopefully that's enough), i don't eat any vegetables nor grains. also about 4 tsp of turmeric powder.
i drink 500ml of homemade kefir everyday, so no lactose but 60% RDA of calcium and may be 15% magnesium. and the rest of the day it's all meat and lard and the % of magnesium for the ENTIRE day at the end is about 30% RDA.
is a bad ratio? anyone eating zero veggie/grain have figured out their calcium vs mag intake? supplement necessary?
and i'm looking into eating egg shells and seems like that would make my ratio worse??
