I've been buying my supplements from Sam's and the Puritan's Pride website. Do any of you have any better websites?

I buy them from http://iherb.com . Love that website, they really got everything I need, from supps to seaweed to spices to oils. |

I used to use iherb, but have mostly been ordering from luckyvitamin.com instead lately because they carry smaller sizes, and I've found their prices to be better, especially for NOW products. They're also located a lot closer to me (east coast): their UPS ground map Editing to add: They don't list expiration dates like iherb, but I've found them to be as fresh or fresher compared to what iherb has listed for what I've ordered. One con is their website is just not as good, and often slow. |

www.vitaminshoppe.com - They have an outstanding price on 4oz Progest Progesterone cream right now. www.drugstore.com www.netrition.com I also use iherb and Amazon. I check and compare prices between various sites. Some things that are on the cheaper side, I buy locally, as I live in a simi-rural area with little choice and we do have one good herb/vitamin/health store that I try to support so it will stay in business! |

I buy Mark Sisson's Damage Control Formula from Primal Nutrition, a few things from Dr. Davis's Track Your Plaque site (I have a membership because it's cheaper), and then a few things from Amazon.com. |

Hard to go wrong with Amazon.com. Though I only buy my fish oil through them, on a monthly delivery schedule so its even cheaper. Vitamin D3 I simply get at the local grocery. |

Vitacost.com is one of the cheaper ones. Iherb.com in not quit as cheap but carries the Now Food line which makes some good probiotics and liver powder supps. If you are just ordering one supp then check amazon. Also if you dont have time to order Trader Joes sells gluten free supplements at a fair price (if it has a G on the side it is gluten free. They also have a list on their website). |

I only use supplements from Shaklee. They are incredible. I know that they are safe and that I am taking care of my body in a natural and Paleo way. |

www.well.ca Canadian company, takes only a few days to get from Ontario to Alberta, and free shipping inside Canada. Although sometimes the iherb price + shipping will cost less and even sometimes a bulk order from www.swansonvitamins.com will be cheaper than getting stuff from either site, even though the shipping from USA to Canada is outrageous. |

Here are some that I use and recommend. I have no financial ties to them. I buy them from Amazon, Vitamin Shoppe, Lucky Vitamin, and Vitacost- depending on what's on sale. I'm sure there are others but this my research. The kicker is that some of these same companies when you change to another dose say a greater IU of Vitamin D or Kelp they add soybean oil, soy lecithin, or olive oil so read the labels carefully! Also the Rainbow Light Organic Men's formula has a trivial amount of iodine 55 mcg/4 capsules whereas the Womens' has 75 mcg/4 capsules and Prenatal has 150 mcg/4 capsules. 1) Rainbow Light Certified Organic Womens, Mens, and Prenatal formulas/4 capsules daily Free Of: Artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, preservatives, sugar, lactose, gluten, yeast, milk, eggs, soy, nuts, fish/shellfish and wheat. 2) Citracal Plus 2 tablets/day includes Vitamin D3, zinc, magnesium, copper, etc. 3) NOW Zinc Picolinate 50 mg/tablet Free of: sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, egg or preservatives. 4) NOW 150 mcg Kelp (Iodine)/tablet Contains no: sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives. 5) Carlson Cod Liver Oil/Fish Oil (both Lemon and Regular Flavor) liquids and capsules EXCEPT Very Finest Fish Oil SOFTGELS or Fish Oil Multi No gluten, corn, milk, soy, yeast, sugar, salt, preservatives 6) Nature's Bounty D3 400 IU/tablet NO artificial color, flavor, sweetener, preservatives, sugar, milk, lactose, soy, gluten, wheat, yeast, fish, sodium 7) KAL Magnesium Orotate 200 mg/2 tablets daily Does Not Contain: Yeast, wheat, corn, milk, egg, soy, glutens, animal derivatives, sugar, artificial colors, starch or preservatives. |
