since conventional farms feed animals grains to fatten them up, does it mean grass-fed muscle meats and their organ meats are leaner? i'm especially wondering about organ meats because that's all i eat and i'm thinking about switching to all grass-fed organ meats but worried about eating too lean

Do you include any other sources of fat in your diet? Grass fed meat is leaner, but it is much the same as the fatty acid profile of a wild animal, so...it is much like what we've been living on for tens of thousands of years as a species. I am wondering why you don't eat muscle meat though? Our ancestors would definitely eat the whole animal... |

If you have the choice of eating grass fed, do it. The benefits SO out way the small amount of fat you'll be missing out on. |
