so while i'm a paleo guy with my main meals, i always take some fermented cod liver oil (omega 3, v-D) and high vitamin butter oil (k2). some people say grass-fed tallow would have k2 as well, and i guess that makes sense. so anyone who's been doing k2 wanna share where they get their k2 consumption and why the preference?
p.s. also wondering could high quality ghee replace high vitamin butter oil to go with fermented cod liver oil (isn't there a nutritional issue of "activator x" to go with fermented cod liver oil?)
