I am currently on a medication for chronic migraine (Topiramate) that requires me to avoid ketosis. As an aside, one of the reasons I am going Paleo is to test the theory that grains may be causing my migraines, so I am hopeful that down the road I may be able to taper off and eliminate the Topiramate.
In the meantime, however, I am struggling to find enough carbohydrate to keep out of ketosis. Veggies just aren't very carb dense. Sweet potatoes work, but I'm looking for similar foods that have some calorie density to them.
