I received my blood and urine tests yesterday and got shocked a bit.In both tests my protein levels are way high.What can it actually all mean?My kidneys were checked and nothing wrong was found.I am a teenager and i don't eat a high protein diet to note.

	i know in urine it is definately 5.0 gramms,but unfortunately i can't tell albumine levels exatcly cause i don't have the paper on hands,i know only its far from optimal too. – NickTheRealEater Oct 14 2011 at 7:51

Hi Nick,

The same thing has happened to me twice since adopting Paleo in August last year. Both times I was terrified and referred for further tests which came back perfectly normal. Doctors were stumped. I do drink a great deal more water now, just to hedge my bets.
