What's the perfect paleo food for ultimate survival?
What single food choice would give you the most nutrients, vitamins, and minerals?
Eggs - perfect fat to protein, so many nutrients, satisfying. Eggs for sure.
I think if I could only eat one food for the rest of my life then I would just want something I liked and wouldn't make me want to stop eating all together, so my choice is ice cream. :)
If I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life, I would go for a nice meaty stew of some sort, full of all sorts of veggies, tubers, animal parts (bones, connective tissue, meat, fat), and herbs/spices.
