Hello, I'm a 26 years old athtletic guy, and I am on paleo for about two month now. I make sure that my omega3-omega6 ratio is optimal and I eat a lot of meat and fish. In the evening I sometimes eat nuts (prefered walnuts) and/or 100% chocolate. The only (!) carbs I take to mee are matlodextrin and fruits after gym and endurance-units. Before paleo my nutrition-plan was very strict low-carb for 1.5 years.
Since I am on paleo my blood pressure goes higher and higher! About 2 month ago my normal blood pressure was at 115/60 and now ist is about 140/80.
Can anybody tell me please what I can do to reduce my blood pressure? Or why is the blood pressure going higher through paleo? What are the reasons?
Ps: since my paleo-time (2 month) my skin is getting worse - that means I've got some pimples, zits etc. The last time that my skin was so worse was 3 years ago - and then I took isotretinoin/roaccutane.
(Sorry for my bad english) :-)
