Hi,

I am a 26 years old man from Oslo, Norway. I have been to 2 specialists in endocrinology and they can't find about why I have high values, I have been tested for a tumor in my testes and an ultrasound of the stomach as well for tumors.

I could send a copy of the bloodwork done on me. I haven't taken steroids, I have taken a test for that too, to prove for the doctors that I wasn't lying. I have checked my thyroid gland too, she was thinking I had thyroid hormone resistance but it wasn't.

I have Gynecomastia but my body is fit, not excessive fat at the abdomen. I eat healthy and vegetables like corn and broccoli.

I have from before a seq diagnosis in metabolic myopathy (they don't know exactly what's wrong there either.)

I saw Dr. Jack Kruse answer another person about something like this, but I have a different story. I hope you can help me.

S-Progesteron - 7.0 Referans value - <3 S-Estradiol - 0.29 Referans Value - 0.06-0.14 S-FSH - <1 Referans Value - 1-12 S-TSH - 2.42 Referans Value - 0.5-3.6 S-T4 - 22.6 Referans Value - 8-20

So does anyone have an idea of what it can be?

I appreciate every reply :-)

I'd check out environmental sources of xenoestrogens: cleaning products, hair & body care products, drinking water...

And how is your Vitamin D level?

I have checked all my products, me and the doctors didnt find anything. Vitamin D was low 32 and should have been above 35. But that got fixed with vitamin D pills named Afi D Forte 1 year ago – Kurosaki Oct 20 2011 at 14:52

I bet dragon fly is spot on. I would strongly recommend you add a lot of coconut oil and green tea to your diet. Both are natural aromatase inhibitors and will help lower the estrogen levels. The progesterone is another story. This sounds like a BPA issue. – The Quilt Oct 20 2011 at 15:22
Oh, yeah, I forgot about mentioning BPA! Do you microwave your food in plastic containers, Kurosaki? – Dragonfly Oct 20 2011 at 16:04
Also, I read that tea tree oil and lavendar are to be avoided. Read this: nih.gov/news/pr/jan2007/niehs-31.htm – Dragonfly Oct 20 2011 at 16:07

This is a longshot -- but do you have a girlfriend/wife/mother/female friend relative who uses topical hormone creams. Dr. Eades wrote that his progesterone was sky high and they traced it to the topical progesterone cream his wife was using. The story was in his blog.

I only use one cream, and it doesnt contain any progesterone. but thanks anyway for your answer and time:-) – Kurosaki Oct 20 2011 at 20:49
