From the book
Total Cholesterol HDL LDL Triglycerides Fasting glucose
LDL particle side Glycated hemoglobin (called Hba1c or just A1C) C-reactive protein
I think that c-reactive protein is a must, it is strongly predictive of nearly every degenerative disease. I also go donate blood when I can and they tell me my hemoglobin and blood pressure, those can be important as well.
Sorry, guys, but this is one area that Robb is very slippery on. He does indeed list the TC of 120-140, but has also explained on this podcast that much, much higher TC is also okay..... if certain conditions are met. The guy is brilliant, but he's fast and loose in this one area.
