Hey guys. I've been checking out various condiments, and I noticed that whilst Colmans mustard has sugar in it, French's has none. It has a very small amount of carbs in it per 100g, and it uses 'spirit' vinegar.
Is it ok to use?

Edit: I've edited my post with the nutritional breakdown from their website.
The ingredients are mustard seeds, tumeric (the colour) garlic powder and various spices, water and spirit vinegar.
I guess I'm just asking if spirit vinegar is ok, really.
