it will take time for the cravings to cease. when they cease it is a sign you are getting more LS.
eat more for breakfast. more red meat and more coconut oil. i find there is a sudden point between mouthfuls where i feel more than just replete, but stuffed. it is so sudden that i can be resting between mouthfuls and will feel a strong tightening/pressure on my cardiac sphincter. on days that i hit that mark, i can easily go ten hours without thinking about food.
in saying this, it did take me three weeks to wean myself off lunch. weeks 3 and 4 were miserable, extremely lethargic and irritable. i think i would have benefited from Mg and Vit D supplementation.
other things that helped me were green tea every couple of hours, spinach with breakfast (100g, spoonful of coconut oil with spices turmeric, cumin, black pepper).
i have a dessert after my breakfast... a bucket load (250g) of good quality coconut cream (mixed with generous amounts of cocoa, a pinch of cayenne, a pinch of salt, a dash of espresso, orange zest and ginger).
dinner only need be a modest helping of chicken or fish with a decent salad. if i'm still hungry i don't load up on protein, but will add more MCTs (coconut oil) and greens. too much longer chain sat fat in the evening had me waking up in the middle of the night with a pounding heart and sweats.
