Hello all:
I'm on my 6th day of the ketogenic diet, and I am very confused about calories in cooked white rice.
In a PHD thread, Paul writes;
"Restricting carbohydrate consumption to 200 calories per day from “safe starches” like rice, taro, and sweet potatoes. 70 grams of cooked white rice, 150 grams of taro, and 300 grams of sweet potato are an appropriate daily ration".
In tracking my intake on Chron-O-Meter, it assigns a value of 91 calories to 70 grams, not 200.
What am I missing or overlooking?
Many thanks for any help.
