I went to Bagger Dave's and ate a turkey burger on a plate with no bun... they forgot half of my toppings and the whole thing was kind of blah and medicore. It came COVERED in mayonnaise. There was no saving it and I just ate it anyways. Now I am paying for my crappy mayo binge with nausea and a headache. Is there anything I can do/eat/drink/supplement with to make myself feel better any faster? Ugh.

Take vitamin E or Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) or even vitamin C (although previous 2 are better for fat). Best - take them all. Otherwise, making mayo is xtremely easy and you can do it with organic olive oil and binge it forever. Mhm.... I never tried to make it with coconut oil... need to do that ASAP. |

I'm apparently either a major curmudgeon or far too accustomed to recovering from far worse binges, but I have literally never heard of someone freaking out about a mayonnaise hangover. |

You relax. Don't stress out and screw with your cortisol levels. Drink plenty of cold water. Sometimes when I eat too much I'll go to an ice cold shower and get a quick leg work out in by doing some squats and calf presses. Yes, it is weird as hell, but it makes me feel less slob-like. :) |

Try some ginger or peppermint tea for the nausea; it will give you some relief. |

Unless you can phone Doc and borrow the DeLorean and not eat it in the first place, I'm with affine on this - relax; it'll pass. Plenty of water, plenty of zero stress; maybe a cup of decaf black tea to lower your cortisol [nice amounts of theanine]. Personally, if they messed up my order that badly it'd be going back, but hey... ;) |

Eating more mayo always helps. If you yig, just eat that too |
