I'm stuck; I've tried everywhere from supermarkets to local health food shops [including Infinity Foods] to no avail...

Am I going to have to order from the 'net and then stay in awaiting delivery?

I'm in the Brighton area if that helps.

I have seen it in a small independent food shop in Edinburgh called Jordan Valley, though it was too expensive for me feel like trying. Not much help too you in Brighton though.

You will be lucky to find it anywhere else. I have never tired ordering oil over the internet but I imagine the shipping would be expensive.

Update: I can confirm that Macadamia nut oil can be found in Jordan Valley Wholefoods, 8 Nicolson Street, Edinburgh. It is a great little shop if you like unusual foods.

This is the brand: Olivado Macadamia Nut Oil

Funnily enough I'm visiting Edinburgh in December... I shall save space in my hand luggage... Thanks for the tip! :) – Harry Oct 27 2011 at 18:23
I'll be back there next weekend so many I'll have a look. People do keep talking about the stuff. – Matt Oct 27 2011 at 18:48
Brilliant, thank you. Just realised though that I probably won't be able to take it as hand luggage on my flight. :) Might have to post it to myself... – Harry Nov 5 2011 at 7:55

Never seen it myself but check out Asian Select n Save style shops is probably the best bet.

I'm still looking for a source of okinawan sweet potatoes in the UK. :-)

You can find it at iHerb, though I'm afraid it might be pricey for the UK.

You can ship international from there. Stuff is stupidly delicious
