I'm thinking of getting a dog. I was wondering if it is possible to train your dog using gluten flour to sniff out gluten? Do you think there would be utility in this? Anyone try before?

My dog has done some preliminary scent work and LOVES it. I highly recommend this new sport as it is fascinating to watch the different breed and personalities try to solve the puzzle.
