I love cheese. When I first started eating primal foods, cheese was one of my snacks that was awesome, because of the lack of carbs. Each week I would buy a 2-pound block of cheese and slice it up to eat that week (along with others in the house).
These past two weeks, however (after two months primal), every time I take a bite, it just tastes bad. I have tried multiple brands from multiple stores, from colby jack (my usual), to monterey jack, to cheddar, to babybel, but they all are just bad. I don't even finish chewing what I bite off; I end up spitting it out into the trash.
I do pretty well with dairy. I still drink milk in my tea/coffee. I eat low carb yogurt everyday just about. I'm fine with those, but the cheese is just suddenly gross-tasting.
Anyone have this happen to them, or know why it might be happening?
There was about a week or two where I had no cheese, then it was two weeks ago again when I tried it, and suddenly didn't like it.
