I heard you can't "catch up on sleep". Is that true?
I know I should probably go to bed when it gets dark or at latest 10:00-10:30, but often times I find myself getting many things done past that hour, because it is quiet and peaceful, and I'm an artist - my creative mind likes to work in the wee hours of the night. :P
When going to bed late, is there a way to make sure I'm getting restful sleep, or did I miss out on it?
What can I do (if going to bed early were not an option)?
