Maybe there should be a resources section where such things are posted. Paleo gyms, paleo food sources, paleo friendly doctors, etc. I was just thinking yesterday that I wanted to post my excitement that I went to Trader Joes and they had 100% grass fed hampburger meat for $5.00. Cool! I hope everyone will go down there and buy a bunch of it so that they will keep carrying it!!! But of course, this is not a question.. – Eva Jul 21 2010 at 23:50

@Eva -- if you want to post something about that and you can frame it as a question, please go right ahead. "I found 100% grass fed hamburger meat for $5 -- have you found anything similar?" is quite alright, especially given that you are not promoting any sort of business....on your first post.... :) – Patrik♦ Jul 22 2010 at 0:49

@patrik... You're right, and I should have included more in this post. I've been a paleohacks lurker for ages and was excited to have something to show! I recently attended a MovNat seminar with Greg (the man in the video squatting the dog). He is very knowledgeable and extremely motivated! I would love to visit the StrengthBox at some point!

Jealous, I'd really love to come play at your gym.
