I've just used the Cron-O-Meter for the first time today.... And it has told me that I've exceeded my protein intake by 148 grams!! Seriously?!
The recommended amount is 46g but I've eaten 194g......... Is this a huge mistake? I've upped my intake of meat as I was dealing with serious hunger issues. Today I had approx 250g of mince beef for breakfast, more beef in stew for lunch and chicken with my dinner.
This has totally freaked me out - Can someone please tell me if I'm eating way too much protein? Maybe I should consider eating more fats?
Any help/advice/experience sharing would be very much appreciated!
