Pretty much downing a can every two days; I know anything canned is pretty much post-agriculture and post-industrial but it's sooooo good!

Seriously look at these specs:

It's wild caught, has bones (calcium), tons of protein and omega 3s, and comes in a bpa-free can. It also costs under $3 for a can. I go through millions of these

Do you know if their other canned seafood is BPA free? – Erik Cisler Nov 10 2011 at 2:14
Thank you...good info mate! – San Diego Dude Nov 10 2011 at 2:32
treehugger.com/green-food/… "a call to TJ's customer relations reveals that canned corn, canned beans, canned fish, canned poultry, and canned beef at Trader Joe's are all packaged in BPA free cans. However, any other products that contain corn or beans or fish, etc. and other items - for example in soups or chilis - are not in BPA free cans, the company said. No labeling here, either." – smartcookie Nov 10 2011 at 3:37
Great to know that it's BPA-free! – AdrianaG Nov 11 2011 at 8:49

I like the ones that have the bone and skin still on. Saw the ones at TJ's removed this, but my local supermarket has it.

Edit: oh I see yours has the skin and bones...Doh! Last couple times I got it their my cans expressly said they were removed. Might have grabbed the wrong ones.

as the label clearly states: "The fully cooked fish, includes liquids, skin, and bones, which are completely edible, thus retaining important calcium."

It's wild-caught! That's pretty good out of the gate.
