Suppose you just trying to gain weight AND you have a very flexible schedule (work at home etc).
Would you eat when you're hungry only, or would you still eat at traditional times?
My personal experience: if I eat when I'm hungry I do it 2 times per day, and it's difficult to gain weight like this; if I have breakfast, lunch and dinner, I'm on track to gaining a bit of weight every week, but I'm not hungry when I sit down for the meals.
