At Whole Foods, my favorite cut of Bison, the New York Steak, goes for $21.99 a pound. Sheesh. I only buy from WF because I honestly don't know where else to get Bison so readily.

*edit: I see you're from Seattle and I checked eatwild.com and there doesn't seem to be many places to buy grass-fed Bison in Washington.

My Safeway sells bison ground beef for about $10 per pound. They don't carry any whole cuts, though.

In my US Wellness orders, I include bison liver and love it. Very mild!

Amazing Savings (a local Western NC chain) carries Carolina Bison. I don't think it's 100% grass fed (or they'd say so) but it is raised without hormones or antibiotics. We get it for about $5/lb. in the freezer case.
