I'm starting to wonder what vitamins and minerals I should be supplementing to keep at my healthiest. I've heard some stuff about multivitamins and fish oil, but I'm curious what I should/shouldn't be taking, how much, and what brands you have all found to include the lowest levels of chemical additives (or if that is even a concern).
For a bit of background, I'm a 24 year old man, 6'4", ~210lbs, diet is primal (but I have a hard time paying up for fish so I rarely eat it), and I am currently physically inactive. I've joined a Crossfit onramp that starts in two weeks, so I want to be sure that I'm getting everything I need to cope with the added stress on my body and to get into peak physical condition.
