Sleep: 7-8 hrs
Sitting (on the computer/studying): 6-7 hrs (I know this is horrible but I'm a college student--can't help it.)
Walking/moving around/standing: 4-5 hrs
Other activities (eating/cooking/showering/working out/etc): 3-4 hrs

I walk whenever I have the time. Tomorrow, for example, I'm gonna walk 10 miles to go to the organic veggie-shop. |

My day is similar to you April. I hate how much I have to sit on my ass with my nose in a book but it must be done. |
