How is your day usually broken up?
Sleep: 7-8 hrs
Sitting (on the computer/studying): 6-7 hrs (I know this is horrible but I'm a college student--can't help it.)
Walking/moving around/standing: 4-5 hrs
Other activities (eating/cooking/showering/working out/etc): 3-4 hrs

  • 10-11 hours sleep 2 hours
  • cooking/eating with the newspaper and/or my macbook.
  • 9 hours working for school/to win money to pay for food and all the stuff I want.
  • 2 hours chilling.

I walk whenever I have the time. Tomorrow, for example, I'm gonna walk 10 miles to go to the organic veggie-shop.

Work day

Weights : 1:30 hour : In morning 2-3x/week. Includes commute and shower
  Bed : 7 - 9 hours : Aim for more but typically get 8.5
Commute : 1 hour : Cycle or walk with standing on train
Sitting : 5-8 hours : No standing desks at my office
Other : 3-6 hours : Walking (lots of it), cooking, hygiene, eating

Weekend day

Great variation but I like to be walking or very casual cycling. Typical:

  Outside : 12 hours : Walking,cycling,... Typically in country-sides.
  Bed : 10 hours : In bed
  Other : 2 hours : The rest

Haha that's pretty much what I do right now! Love it! I cook and eat while using my macbook though. And it's not fun macbook things, it's working for school. – Korion Nov 14 2011 at 16:53

My day is similar to you April. I hate how much I have to sit on my ass with my nose in a book but it must be done.
