What's your thoughts? For meals on the run when you work in the emergency business when its difficult to prep food for constantly being a truck for up to 12-16 hours daily.

I would probably eat a nice meal of fatty meat before leaving for work and take raw vegetables and fruit along to eat during the shift. A handful of nuts would make the fresh food more satisfying.

As soon as I got home again, I'd eat more meat if hungry (I'm really a one-meal-per-day person.)

Thats pretty much what I would do, I would also add some biltong, jerky or other cured meat too. – Scotty Von Porkchop Dec 29 2011 at 14:19

If you don't like eating meat before work, don't--you can eat it after work. If you usually fall into bed soon after, though, that brings problems of its own. I'd cook the meat the night before and grab it out of the fridge; in the morning cold meat tastes better to me than cooked. – Nance Nov 16 2011 at 22:07

Shakeology has whey protein in the chocolate and green berry. The new tropical strawberry has rice protein and is vegan and gluten free.
