I'm so excited about whipping up some delicious paleo dishes this Thanksgiving! What paleo dish are you most looking forward to sharing with your non paleo friends or family this year?

I can't believe how delicious this sounds - Greek Chestnut and Pine Nut Stuffing - hold the rice. Can't wait to get started! http://www.facebook.com/notes/at-the-greek-table/traditional-greek-chestnut-and-pine-nut-stuffing/10150403851003610

I love to cook and carve a turkey. So I am looking forward to that. I bought some really nice bacon to go along with dinner. I am going to make up some sweet potatoes as well.

My Paleo thanksgiving dinner:
oven-baked Chilean Sea Bass with melted ghee poured on top, served with butternut squash puree, green beans, roasted red peppers, and tomatoes. And a side of sweet potato fries baked in extra virgin olive oil and lightly seasoned with salt and pepper.

That sounds fantastic. – Erik of Rockford Nov 23 2011 at 17:06

Well since my mother put the kibosh on the roasted wild turkey, I'm going to try and offer up a side of venison crown rib roast. Looking forward to the sweet potatoes and I'm still lobbying for gluten free cornbread dressing, not quite paleo but won't leave me in any pain/discomfort aside from quite possibly overeating of course.

My contribution to Thanksgiving dinner was a simple casserole of diced sweet potatoes, apples and pecans, sauteed in ghee - it was a huge hit!
