For me, it's:
-nuts/nut butter--occasionally, like maybe a few times a month; mostly macadamia nuts and almonds; very rarely do I eat walnuts
-dark chocolate--MY NEW ADDICTION; I love Green & Black's 85%! Trying to cut down to a few squares a week
-grain-fed meat--several times a week; can't always afford grass-fed
-chicken/turkey--maybe once or twice a month; honestly, chicken/turkey has no flavor to me; plus the n6 PUFAs...
-high sugar fruits--rarely; maybe a banana once a month
-nightshades--pretty much every day; I love onions and tomatoes and peppers
-safe starches--very rarely to never at all; I'm having sweet potatoes for the first time in months tomorrow for Thanksgiving
-alcohol--pretty rare; maybe once or twice a month when I'm out with friends
-full-fat dairy--a few times a month; mostly full-fat yogurt; but I do eat ghee often
