I was wondering if anyone knows of anything online that can be used to keep track of progress on the Paleo diet? Some sort of online blog especially for people taking the Paleo diet to record their day to day improvements?

I have looked but can't find anything.

Thanks.

Paleotrack.com is pretty slick.

Thanks, Matt, I checked it out and for those (read, not me) who want to do detailed tracking it looks terrific. – Nance Dec 1 2011 at 22:23
This looks great -- love detailed nutrient breakdown. Thanks! – January Dec 1 2011 at 22:37
I personally only log days when curiosity get the best of me. I used to keep a calorie/macronutrient log faithfully. Don't miss it at all! :) – Matt Dec 2 2011 at 1:21
LoseIt.com is where I kept my calorie/macronutrient log, pretty slick as well, though not paleo oriented, definitely paleo compatible. – Matt Dec 2 2011 at 1:22

You could try either fitday.com or cronometer.com - Both are good for tracking foods, nutrient/calorie/exercise balance.

I personally use FitDay and there are Journal and Moods sections where you can record how you are feeling and track your improvements.

Hope this helps!

Sparkpeople.com is another option. It's definitely not geared toward paleo, but all of the food and exercise trackers are fully customizable so it's pretty easy to get everything the way you want it. It also has weight and body measurement trackers, as well as a place to set goals and track your progress towards those goals.

Cris Kresser's Paleo Solution has a tracking feature.
