I'll agree w/yogurt not being filling... but for me as long as the ratio of prot/fat is high - i can be full all day long (for up to 10/12 hrs) just on two eggs & 3 slices of bacon & coffee w/coconut milk & maybe a small piece of fruit if i'm really hungry.
But to answer your question, yes beef is very filling... and "feels" more filling than chicken... but it's how i'm eating them that makes it feel different, thereby making it a mind over matter situation. I can eat a lotta beef for instance w/spices, with some Rotel & if i'm feeling cheeky, some corn tortilla chips & be a-ok for the whole day. But, i'm primarily eating beef.
When I eat chicken, I tend to make less so I have room for spinach or broccoli or some yummy (butter laden) veg... so yes, I "feel" like i'm less full on the same quantity (roughly) of food... but it's a matter of how it's served... for me.
