I love being able to pass along a quick video clip to friends and family to give them more info and try to sway them to think more positively about the Paleo lifestyle. Today I found this TED talk that has a doctor who had Multiple Sclerosis and recovered, in her opinion, by eating a more Paleo diet. Visit the link here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KLjgBLwH3Wc

Does anyone know of any other TED talks or short videos that show the positive outcomes of living a paleo lifestyle? I know about Fat Head, but I'd love to know of other Movies that give this info too. Thanks in advance!

There are lots of great videos on all sorts of paleo-related topics from last August's Ancestral Health Symposium. I think the one I'd start with is Robb Wolf's.

Not exactly paleo, but something paleo folks should appreciate: http://www.ted.com/talks/britta_riley_a_garden_in_my_apartment.html

It's an open-source project for building simple/cheap hydroponics systems for apartment dwellers. I think it's neat, am going to give it a try.

Thanks, I saw that talk when it came out, but kinda forgot about it. I wonder how nutritious hydroponically grown herbs and chilies would be. – Wisper Dec 4 2011 at 20:38
All depends what you feed them, spray on them, etc… – Matt Dec 5 2011 at 2:01

Not exactly paleo per se, let alone a TED Talk, but theres a documentary on Hulu, Dirt, that is related to Paleo. Good soil = best possible nutrition in our food.

It feels like a TED walk when you listen to it, so I thought you might like it. Enjoy! I loved it!

I know Jamie Oliver isn't a "Paleo chef," but this is a great video. His heart is so big and he makes some very good points.

I think his TED talk was the first one I ever saw and I have to say it really impressed me. (I wish his TV show had been as engaging.) – staceychev Jul 20 at 12:30
I love how he called all that sugar "child abuse." – Amy B. Jul 21 at 1:29
