I read the book, "Sex at Dawn" after I read a review by a Paleohacker. I loved the book and am trying to find more books along the lines of how we evolved to live. I read Nutrition and Physical Degeneration. I enjoy the nutrition books but I am looking for some books that teach us how to thrive and be happy by looking at how we evolved (in hunter gatherer societies). So something about psychology or relationships or play or spirituality or societal structure...

Pretty open to anything. Thank you for your suggestions.

I recommend anyone who's interested in managing their hormones well to read both:

  1. Lights Out: Sleep, Sugar and Survival

and

  1. Mastering Leptin

If you only read one, read Mastering Leptin.
