I began my paelo journey with a 3 day bone broth fast 2 years ago and felt fantastic afterwards, and it literally cured my IBS. Not that I feel bad now, but I could always improve. I was wondering if anyone does some type of fast like this on a yearly basis and if it's worth it, or is it only useful if you have some type of metabolic issue?
PS....i know about intermittent fasting and I am not referring to that method, but a fast longer than 48 hours.
