Hey Folks, I'm in Seattle for tonight and tomorrow night. I'm looking for some really great Paleo food, yet not incredibly pricey. I'm thinking fresh fish or something along those lines. Thoughts? Thanks!

Check out www.whatsinwhatyoueat.org and click on Paleo in Seattle. Good list.

The Brooklyn on 2nd & Seneca has a great oyster happy hour - $1 each. Quinn's in Capitol Hill has a rotating menu of "nasty bits" such as foie gras, beef tongue, and bone marrow. You know its legit because vegans regularly protest outside.

It's time for fresh Dungeness crab! However, wherever, get all you can afford and stuff yourself. I'd recommend going to the Pike Place Market for a walking cocktail, but better to get a whole one and take it to your cave for some serious shell cracking.

There is a 100% paleo friendly restaurant that recently opened in Redmond (about 15 minutes out of seattle) called Graces 5 http://graces5.com/ Second vote on Quinn's but you'll probably have to special order stuff without the toast/bread crumbs/etc. One of my favorites is the roasted chicken for 2 at Cafe Presse, which has lots of other primal options.
