- What supplements did you take and how effective do you think they were?
I've been reading up on this and there is a lot of conflicting advice so I'd love to hear from people who have fixed the problem. Sweet potatoes and greek yogurt were two foods that I notice appearing on lists of recommended foods and list of foods to avoid. Any thoughts on these? Also if anyone has anything to say about FODMAPs and leaky gut I'd be interested to hear.
