Does anyone have any peer reviewed literature explicitly implicating industrial seed oils and their negative impact on health? Interested in exploring this further and thought this audience would have that information. Thanks in advance. Much appreciated.

The oiling of America is also a excellent DVD that Sally Fallon presents of Dr. Enig's work. It's for the general public, and I learned some. – Lady_Arwen Dec 11 2011 at 1:25
