I don't have autoimmune disease but a lot of my blood tests have come back positive so I'm trying to address it by following the strictest of Paleo diets: no eggs, dairy, or nightshades. Unfortunately, most of the recipes that I find online or in books aren't friendly to these restrictions. What are some good sources to find recipes based on these restrictions? Blogs, books, etc. I don't have more than 1-2 hours to spend cooking a night so I need recipes that prepare, cook, and clean quickly. Thanks!
Celiac blogs are good. You're never going to be able to make every recipe from one blog, but get yourself a good Feed Reader and subscribe to several different blogs, and you'll have enough diversity to keep yourself fed. Follow links on blogs to other blogs and explore a little.
