I've read thru/searched a bit on PH trying to find something relative before I ask a question... my apologies if I didn't dig deep enough.
I'm curious about the effects of eating some of my fave veg & having Hashimoto's. I enjoy kale, collard/turnip greens, broccoli, brussel sprouts... but eat these on a weekly basis (once or twice a week)... other veg I enjoy weekly include spinach, romaine lettuce (usually as salad) & less often (monthly-ish) legumes (peas, green beans, navy beans).
I know, I know... "not strictly paleo". Whatever. I'm asking if my paleo diet with the inclusion of these particular veg & their (rough estimate) weekly consumption contribute negatively to this condition or if this is really not an issue unless I'm eating a pound of kale daily?
