So, I've basically been eating paleo for a few weeks. I mostly eat eggs, beef, salad, carrots, sweet potatoes, shredded coconut, a little fruit, avocados, salmon, and the occasional legumes/rice.
Dairy elimination helped the most in terms of my skin and grains/wheat/gluten also seemed to show improvement. Right now, I am clear sometimes, and then at other times have small breakouts. Are there any vitamins or supplements I can take which will help? My diet seems pretty perfect. I am currently taking fish oil and zinc. I have tried vitamin d3, and have tried taking it a couple times, but it seems to correlate with breakouts, so I've stopped that.
