I am lucky enough to have perfect vision.
My main concern is keeping my vision as perfect as possible for as long as possible. Are things like presbyopia a disease of civilization? I recognize that diet will only be a part of this issue because we didn't evolve to read up close/spend hours on a computer a day.
Do non-industrialized societies have issues with poor vision? I feel like most people accept deteriorating vision as a fact of life, but my gut tells me that it doesn't have to be. Thanks!
