Hello there everybody.
Okay so I’ve read the Paleo diet for Athletes as well as the Paleo solution but I’m a little bit fuzzy on how to implement a Paleo diet for people who are weightlifters and are looking to gain size and definition.
I have a rough idea of how to do this but would like to hear how others implement it. So weightlifting nutrition for Paleo, how’d you do it? Thanks for your help in advance.
