Hello everyone! :)
My best friend is visiting from the other side of the country and we have a breakfast/brunch date tomorrow. I'm having a bit of a mental blank as to what to prepare though, as she's vegetarian and I'm a meat fiend on a low carb diet.
Does anyone have some awesome meal ideas that aren't the standard omlette or grilled mushrooms? I love to cook so time and difficulty are no problem! I'm just having a bit of a mental blank with this one. Any suggestions would be much appreciated, thank you! :)
Brunch seems like the easiest meal to do this for. There are lots of egg dishes that would work well. Add some fresh berries with cream to go along side the egg dish. There are also lots of recipes for pancakes, waffles, and muffins made with nut flours, although these would not be particularly low carb.
