Hi. I've been reading about Paleo for some days now. I've read articles, Cordain's book, and right now I'm in the middle of the one Wolf wrote. It is my understanding that I should not feel hungry with Paleo. Thing is I kind of wanted to do a trial, so yesterday I kind of began with it. I'm eating a lot, much more than I did before, because I feel hungry all the time. Literally, all the time. Just half an hour after having a meal, even, I feel hungry again. I think it's because of the fruits, but I don't really know. All my life, whenever I didn't have a full stomach and ate some fruits I felt hungrier, with gases. I always assumed it is normal... but is it? I'm thinking I might have allergies?
This thing with fruits is really weird. I feel the kind of regurgitation in my stomach I feel when it's empty and I'm hungry, or at least, emptier than I would actually feel it otherwise. Fact is I've right now eaten almost 1300 calories just as a breakfast, I know my stomach is full of food, and feel it "expanded", but even now, I have this feeling (most likely gasses?). I don't know if it is circunstancial or not, but I'm starting to doubt it. Is there anything I can do to try and solve this issue?
I've uploaded my Cronometer values, so you can check and judge for yourself. Yesterday, when I did the print screen, I had gotten to 2435 calories and I had to have dinner yet. I finally got to more than 3300 cal.
