I live in Finland, where I came upon this unique little wonder in the store recently:

Its pricey. If it was less I would have already purchased it. Hack it up for me!

Have you tried it, does it feel comfortable to you? – Thomy Dec 29 2011 at 10:51
It is comfy. Super comfy. – trentasaurus Dec 29 2011 at 20:50

Looks kind of interesting, but I've given up on trying to make the destructive practice of sitting less destructive. I've been standing at my computer for about a year and could never go back.

Stand up!

I wish I could stand, but I'm in a University where all the students need to be able to see the front of the room. We sit at computers for 8 hrs a day. Ugh. – trentasaurus Dec 29 2011 at 20:50
Oh...well at least that implies that you're still young. Maybe you could make a standing desk at home and in any job you land post-uni. I guess walking around campus with a giant ball wouldn't be that cool either... – Riveted Dec 30 2011 at 12:00

Or, you could try a standing desk, or one of those giant balls instead of a chair. :)

Looks like a bicycle saddle to me. That may be just because I spend 2-3 hours a day riding on one and have no desire to continue doing so when I get home;-)

I just bought one a week ago from Oulu Expo in Finland. I knew it was expensive but for some reason I was attracted to it? So I paid the price and already feeling the benefits of the seat.Money well spent.
Much more comfortable than a bicycle saddle.
