I really like how this question was asked:

It outlines five meals that would be rotated into three meals a day. Which Paleo resources (Blogs/books) do a good job of covering this question?

Just get a cookbook like Mark Sisson's and find a couple you like and rotate them yourself. |

If you want to focus on simplicity just use your 2 or 3 favorite cuts of meat (I'd recommend including organ meats at least once per week) plus a few of your favorite vegetables and use the rotation you find suits you best. At any point that you start to get bored with you rotation you can trade one of the meats or vegetables. As a single person I find this happens automatically since I can get better deals on larger packages of meat. I freeze single portions so I eat mostly the same type of cut for a week or so at a time. When I buy a package of liver I cook it all but freeze as small portions I can defrost as desired. It works the same with fresh vegetables and fruits. The menus are simple but the individual foods rotate over time. |
