I only just started this whole thing, and spent the last 12 days completely grain free. Today I had a slice of some deli meat, and now an hour later I am having some mild reflux, bloating/discomfort, ad diahrrea... I'm thinking it had some gluten in it as it was very processed looking.
Is it possible to show sensitivity so soon after eliminating it (12 days)? Also is it possible to get this reaction only an hour after eating the questionable food, even though I had it on a full stomach (as in, shoudln't it take longer for it to go into my system and start bothering me)?
Just wondering if I may be gluten intolerant without ever having known... but I always thought that if I was, I'd have to eliminate it for at least a few months to actually get a "glutened" effect.
