Any Paleo Doctors or Naturopaths in Seattle? Also any paleo cardiologists or electrophysiologists? I am on the Eastside in King County.

This was asked over a year ago but wondering if there are any updates. Also adding in Cardiologist as that is a big need.

	It would be great to find a cardiologist, though I warn you, it is going to be hard to get them against the American Heart Association diet recommendations - they are worried about going against Standard of Care and getting sued. There has to be SOMEONE out there. However, if you want a recommendation for a good general cardiologist, let me know - I work in cardiac surgery, and can recommend some good ones in town. – Paleolady Jan 6 2012 at 21:36

If you're on the Eastside, you might also check out Dr. Gerstmar in Redmond at Aspire Natural Health. I've had an awesome experience and found him through the Paleo Physicians Network.

I can also recommend the naturopath Bill Caradonna (http://www.qanc.com/doctors.html). I haven't talked with him about Paleo, so don't know how he stands on that. However, when I went to him with depression about 10 years ago, and at the time was semi-vegetarian, his treatment was to increase my protein consumption (which worked). I think he'd be open to the idea. ?

I see a clinical nutritionist in Des Moines who is Paleo and also happens to be a Crossfit instructor. Her name is Dr. Genie and she practices within Pier View Chiropractic. She is great!!!
